death note came out to special theaters on may and october, i went to amc theater and they had the movie in english, although the actors remained the same, they use tthe voice actors in the english anime and used their voices over the japanese ones

Hmm. Last I knew, Hot Topic sold the first one, but they might've stopped doing that. If you can't find it there, try someplace like Best Buy or FYE (I recommend Best Buy, as their merchandise tends to be cheaper).

Second movie isn't officially out in the US yet, but it should be early this year. If you're desperate for it, you could try searching online.
