This is probably in Turkey. There's a documentary here on YouTube somewhere. This looks like a rebuilt Peugeot 103 moped. There's definite talent here, but a wide variety of after market parts are available mostly in Europe, but there's easier-than-ever access here in the US as well. Looks like around three grand put into this one... nuts.
