Unfortunately, women like that are not rare at all. I could be wrong, but I think in most cases these claims never get far enough to involve the legal system. False rape claims really make things even harder for true victims of sexual assault.
When false rape claims come out, men are usually guilty until proven innocent. It's a shame, but it's reality. Kudos to you for seeing through the shitstorm and ending up with an amazing partner!
I can't believe Diana was the one who did all of this. If she would do something as low and disgusting as this no wonder she'll make up lies about others like it's nothing. There's obviously NOTHING she won't say or do when she sets the cross hairs on someone. FUCKING LOW!
This certainly is an interesting video. If it gets false flagged (which it would be, even if you had named her, which you didn't) I will of course be more than happy to mirror it...maybe with additional commentary. =)
Sorry, by the way, for getting the wrong name: not FeministWhore, but YeOldeHeretic... I had just come from her channel, so I still had her name in my mind. Again, sorry!
FeministWhore, thank you very much for sharing this story. I understand it must have been painful for you. Lies and manipulation are never a good thing to live through, and I (and this woman also obviously) understand how your previous experience would predispose you to believe in her and to doubt the man you loved. I wouldn't, though, conclude from this that false rape claims are rare; I would only conclude that they are made when there's a fair chance of being believed. Like all lies.
@Asehpe Thanks Asehpe. :) Unfortunately I am coming to see that these types of situations are more common than I had previously thought. I am searching for numbers from reliable sources, so if you know of any, please do pass them along {that request is open to anyone else reading this as well!}.
@KrissytheWorldWithin I would certainly find something like this more forgivable if the person making false accusations was just delusional...however, I am very convinced that this bitch knew she was lying. Indeed, such people are disgusting.
@YeOldeHeretic yeah I have had to deal with people not believing something happened to me so people like this infuriate me. I mean why not just find someone who does love her instead of potentially ruining two people's lives.
Sometimes these people have deep issues, seeded from an early age, sometimes they are truly incapapable of feeling bad due to how others feel, allready eyeing-off their next "victim",and once in a while they are just that shallow.
@YeOldeHeretic I didn't want to label people unduely, though I have seen deep trauma cases that just can't handle freedom and pass on their dysfunction to others, especially any children they have, and xxxild's recent video discussed "gang stalking" at some of it's worst, which is the same en. mass.
As someone who's had a largely bogus claim of sexual harassment/assault made against me, I think its important for claims of rape to be treated with some skepticism, but I would hope they would not be "disregarded as a lie".
There are many reasons why someone would do that, but that is somewhat irrelevent to the question this begs of "given innocence or guilt is hard to prove, what should be the default level of skepticism we treat such claims with?"
@Wolfau5 Oh wow, I am sorry that you had to deal with that! I do hope that is not something you are subjected to again.
Indeed, just like with any other claim of criminal violation sexual assault should be met with at least some level of skepticism...what that appropriate level is I honestly don't know.
I have experiences from both sides now, so I guess each one balances the other bias out, but I don’t think I would be the best person to make such a call if I were put in that position. With that said, I do think that it should be on a case by case basis whenever possible.
Thanks. To clarify though, I was only reported to the school (never to the police), and while the immediate assumption was that I was guilty, I got little more than a slap on the wrist. I'm not crying foul over it, only that it "opened my eyes".
Part of me then, and still now suspects they knew I was innocent (fortunately I had a good reputation), but I think the school was afraid that not punishing me would lead to some kind of backlash for them...
... as they usually feel the need to appear harsh and to crack down on such things. I hate to imagine how many people have been rail-roaded for similar reasons, and didn't get off as lightly as I did.
That said, I know a few women who've been sexually assaulted, but given how it usually boils down to "he said she said", I know plenty have been deprived justice as well, so being more skeptical of claims of rape would make that number rise.
Even if she was lying, it's just as well since all men are potential rapists. He'd probably have raped and beaten you to death by now had your femyle friend not broken it up. You should thank her!
@AngryWimmin Your bigoted-assed views are NOT welcome here. She broke nothing up; we have been together for 9 years and he has yet to harm a hide nor hair on me. In fact he is the very reason why I have come to see that not every straight man is out to hurt me. Now go spew your putrid shit else where. Ta!
@AngryWimmin all men are not potential rapists, some men are unstable assholes, as are some women. How do you deal with that reality? You don't paint all men as rapists you live vigilantly
Don't be to hard on yourself, its easy to be fooled when you trust someone, a rape claim form a person you trust and care about is not something you can just ignore. We have to trust people in life, sometimes they are not worthy of that trust, I know I have lost friends over similar mind games. your not a fool, your just a loving trusting person, that's probably why your partner loves you so much. thanks for sharing the story.
@fireflygirl246 Hey thanks for the kind words! :) Sorry to hear that you had to deal with similar things though. I suppose these kind of things are more common than one would hope.
@YeOldeHeretic your welcome, to be clear it was not a rape claim that they used for to play mind games but the motivations were the same. I had a friend that fell in love and started a new relationship, her girlfriend was jealous of me hanging out with her, thought I was after here. I wasn't she was just my best friend at the time and she(the girlfriend) played us both so well, it was months before I figured out what had happened and why. love can make you do stupid and crazy things
Thank you for this video response. This must have been very hard for you to share. I hope whoever did this to you was smart enough to learn her lesson and stop fucking manipulating people.
@Divinity33372 Thanks, Div. No, I don't think she has learned to stop manipulating people. But that always comes back to nip one in the arse sooner or later. ;)
What a jealous, petty, and conniving bitch. This guy was in love with you and you felt the same, and that meant she had to lie and say he raped her? Why couldn't she just be honest and tell him how she felt about him? This hussy is no friend and I hope he gets rid of her.
On the other hand, I was so caught up I missed 5 minutes of Jeopardy!. Curse you. ;-)
One of the dumbest phrases I hear all the time is:"Why would he/she/they lie?" As if it went against basic human nature or something. For some people it's as natural as breathing.
I'm sorry you had to endure this. I think we are all capable of behaving totally irrationally where relationships are concerned. Most of us don't resort to lies and such dreadful manipulations, but I know I've been very silly in the past. It doesn't excuse this, but there is a certain lunacy of 'love' which seems to cause this kind of thing. I'm very glad you made is as a couple. It's a testament to it's truth and depth. :)
@Loreleila Thanks dear! :) I think most of us have done silly things in/for love! ;) Certainly strong emotions do whacky things sometimes, but lying about something like rape takes a special kind of evil.
I think they are less rare among theists. Being in that camp for the first 45 years of my life I have seen the easy forgiveness offered allows for the most abuse. I ended my first marriage, seeing her lies could end with me in jail. Then the second good christian wife sent my daughter to jail, The lie was admitted so skydaddy would forgive. That is why I lost faith in such an impotent god.
Excellent video, I applaud your honesty. When people are mentally ill like she obviously is there is no rhyme or reason for what they do, it is her fault not yours. You did what any decent normal person would do. That is why crazy people are called crazy !
WOW! That sucks. That is despicable. Some people will do the most hurtful things. How could someone do that? I don't really have the words. I'm sorry your love was delayed.
Women who make false rape claims should be sent to prison.

Statistics on rape don't usually include accusations that never make it to the police.

I'm happy everything turned out well for you and your partner, any person who can do that seriously has some issues.
On a related note I just watched your {w/Extra Nuts} /watch?v=Y_4v-rRzgIg video on the current situation in regards to this.
I have kept a copy & will mirror this if it gets taken down as I think this is a story that needs to be shared with the whole world.
