  • Where is the pic at 1:02 -1:05 from? It reminds me of the Freddie Mercury statue.

I often think of Freddie as I watch Adam anyway. It is sad that Freddie is not here to enjoy seeing Adam succeed. Though their personal lives and personalities are probably much different, I like to think they would have been friends.

Can you imagine them both on the same stage w/ the rest of Queen? It would have been pure heaven to see and hear.

  • @Julieb615 I see what you mean about it looking like Freddie's statue. It was taken by a fan at an AI tour show in '09.

I agree with what you've said. Though by all accounts, Freddie was a shy character, he transformed on stage. Adam seems a less retiring character, despite (or maybe because of) his childhood insecurities, but still his sweet smile and soft speaking voice betrays what he is on stage. Seeing them perform together would've been a dream, as would seeing him perform with Bowie.

  • @Julieb615

I think they would have been friends also. They both have Made their Vocal and Musical Mark on History, Big Thanx for that. Both Humble, and respectful, and both Amazing, each in their own time.

  • @pricla777 As a fan of one of these great singers for the past two years and a fan of the other for over 20 years, I will treat that comment with the ridiculous contempt that it deserves.

  • @BluebirdintheSky

Don't take this so seriously, I'm just messing with you.

I've removed all my ugly comments. I'll go on my way now.

  • @pricla777 It would save you some time if you didn't post daft things in the first place.

  • Doesn't sound like him. hmm

  • @SuicideOrSurvive That's funny.................. because it's not him.

  • @BluebirdintheSky That makes perfect sense.

  • Adam Lambert is a sooooooo much better singer than this !!!

wht the fuck happened ???? im not trying to diss adam and i love ALL his songs EXCEPT THIS ONE!!!!

  • @TiffanyS177 This isn't an Adam Lambert song and if's not Adam singing. If you were actually a fan you'd know that. Congratulations on not only showing your immense general ignorance and lack of taste but on proving that you're simply one of those who pretend to be fans in order to make your criticisms sound more neutral and valid. You'd think you lot would have given up by now but I suppose there isn't a lot to follow, watch or listen to in the world of your favourite, is there? Aaww, bless!

  • Just beautiful! Thank you!!!

  • Adam's a blonde...WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

  • Great photos, can this man every take a bad picture, he such a beautiful man, great voice, nice bod, beautiful eyes, he's pretty in the inside too, thanks for posting, somebody will be lucky when they get him.

  • I like the Moody Blues, but "The land of make believe" is better by "Bucks Fizz".

  • @smurfboywv77 If you knew the first thing about either, you would know that they are two totally different songs.

Unless you were trying to be funny. In which case, try again.

  • @BluebirdintheSky No shit, I know they are 2 different songs. I just like the other one better.

  • @smurfboywv77 As I said, if you were trying to be funny, try again.

  • I am a Moody Blues fan now for 41 years now ...heard their first song that I remember at age 6. I adore The Moody Blues and think Justin Hayward just simply hung the stars and the moon!

I think this song is really appropriate for Adam Lambert's Sojourn~

This song is from the album Seventh Sojourn by The Moody Blues. It was released in 1972 in the UK originally.

Adam is a wonderfully talented young man and is such a bright and shining STAR among us! WOW What talent! Thank you for this! LOVELY

  • @gamoodybluesfan Thank you. I'm glad you like it.

I've been a fan of the Moody Blues, and of Justin paticularly, since I was 12 at about the time that they got back together.

I totally agree with you about Adam too.

  • The picture at 1:26 is truly stunning - should be a poster!! llllol

  • Dziękuję, że jesteś i śpiewasz.

  • Awesome song, thought those guys sounded familiar, perfect song as background to Adams magical glittery rise to fame. This is now May of 2010 and we all know just how worldwide he is now.. thanks for the lovely video.. great for reminiscing.

  • Awesome :D

  • Thanks BluebirdintheSky!!!!

Beautiful montage of Adam and, I love the Moody Blues.

    slainte!

  • This was so beautiful. You captured all of Adam's sparkle.

  • As an avowed Moody Blues fan, I really appreciate this montage--especially Adam, the early years.--set to their inspiring music.

Thanks for a beautiful job on this video.

  • Fantastic to watch all the amazing Adam photos to one of the most beautiful song by The Moody Blues which I am a huge fan of. Thanks for sharing it.

  • my adamtard alter ego told me spread the word, for those who don't know yet... adam's number two in the Top 100 Most Technically Skilled Rock Vocalists... just type it on your search engines... the list was updated august 1, 2009... have i been living under a rock to have missed this??? i do think the list is credible =)

  • Lovely. Thank you. Beautiful song and great imagery. Brings back many lovely memories.

Can never watch too much of this gorgeous man.

  • Thanks for the comments, everyone.

purplegirl, I chose the song because I am a huge fan of the Moody Blues and particularly Justin Hayward. A stunningly handsome man with a breathtakingly beautiful voice - just like the man who this video is about. I also thought that the lyrics were appropriate as we wait for Adam to "fly into the clear blue sky" and go stratospheric.

easthonolulu, I'm glad you changed your mind. How can you have too many minutes of watching Adam??? :-)

  • This is a very beautiful tribute, nice job!

  • sweet!

  • Thanks BluebirdintheSky.....very, verrrrry beautiful. Can't wait for November. All Adam fans buy and gift, let's break some album sales records. Single should be out very soon. Good luck Adam, you are the BEST!

  • In just 1 year since the program started and I'm still impressed with the amount of material that is Adam Lambert for the fans produce many wonderful videos. Adam is a true chameleon. He can change the clothes, makeup, hair, expressions, and yet still beautiful.

  • comepletely mesmorized. Thank you. Adam has my uncondition, unrelentless, eternal love.

  • this is awesome, what an inspired song choice too, really beautiful thanks for sharing

  • This is absolutely beautiful!!

  • That is great...pre-0rder now at bestbuy for Adams CD.....buybuybuy

  • All right. I've just watched it again and I now think it's perfect as is. Thanks so much for doing this.

  • And thank you.

  • this is beautiful. Although from a viewer's standpoint I think it's a couple of minutes too long-- but that's the song, right?
