How could you possibly think that Louis CK is worse than Carlos Mencia? That guy just steals all his jokes and re-packages them with a Mexican accent. And on top of that, he doesn't even steal good material. He wouldn't be funny even if he'd made that stuff up himself. Louis CK is head and shoulders above that guy, he's incredible!
