  • Did them way too fast. Not true 20 rep squatting.

  • sure the form isn't perfect, but its pretty good. These people act like the exercise is completely useless if you don't get perfectly parallel. if you go to 80 suddenly it becomes a pointless feat of strength. What's funny is none of them have a squat max over 250lbs or know what it feels like to actually lift heavy weight.

  • The retard in the red shirt is the perfect example of why I'd NEVER set a foot in a comercial gym. And BTW a set of 20 rep squats should take at least 3 minutes. if not the weight is too light. You could probably do 360x20 (which is pretty damn good).

  • You need to go lower--to parallel. Not one rep of yours went to parallel. I mean, you come somewhat close to parallel, but not close enough. I cannot stand seeing guys at the gym load a fuck-load of plates and not descend to parallel. They're the ones who load the bar but have skinny legs. You're doing squats the easy way...if you'd have descended to parallel, you'd have gotten maybe half the amount of reps, if that.

  • Don't give up lifting! Just please explain to me why so many guys who squat don't bend down to parallel...you're strong, no doubt...you can certainly squat more than I can...but why the semi-squat? I'm serious: What's the point of squatting if you're not bending to parallel?

  • You don't need to give up lifting, just learn to do it right. It is a daunting task at first, but you'll get there.

  • @hotprofdude I agree, but honestly for bodybuilding parallel isn't low enough. What this guy is doing seems like he wants power, and maybe to rush it. Squats kick you in the lungs.

  • Try doing 20 reps with 315 in under 50 seconds, reply with the video. Then talk shit.

  • You real strong but need to learn a bit more. You did the 20 reps too easily, you shoulder be struggling with every rep past 10 or 12. Also keep you elbows pointed down, not out. Keeping them pointing behind you can lead to falling forward / getting off balance. But anyway, these squats should kill you and exhaust you. Your a beast though.

  • True,I agree....I have done 315 for 33 set of 8 ass to calves in 1 hour 15 min...I was juiced up though and in my 20`s felt great..Dbol and test...

  • wow how come oyu did 33 sets of squats, is it possible for someone without hormones to do this or will it be considered overtraining for someone who is natural training, also where oyu training ofr strength or size with that 33 sets cz i hear for strength only 5 sets is enough, true?
