I think the better defense is that evil is an action, not a thing. You can't put evil in your pocket or weigh it on a scale. God did not create kicking, but he did create the muscles, bones, and nerves to allow us to kick. In the same way, God did not create evil, but he did give us the free will to allow us to rebel.

You are right, but the story is about the student's answer to the professor's statement. 36 seconds into the video, the professor stated about God creating everything. Then God created evil and according to the pricipal that our works define who we are, then God is evil. ???
