To clear things up for people arguing, Nagisa and Ushio dying was real, but if you remember the episode after Tomoya confronts his dad, Ushio notices Tomoya obtain one of those lights that give you a wish. After Ushio dies, he asks Nagisa to save Ushio thus meaning he's glad he met Nagisa to have Ushio (remember he said he should never had met Nagisa). The orb reacts and send him back to when Ushio was born. She is born healthy and Nagisa lives. It was all real.

Some months later the producers of the anime releases "After Story" wich takes place when they both have gradueted highschool, in desperate search for jobs etc.

Some episodes into the series hey descide to have a baby but sadly, Nagisa dies when giving birth to their child.

I absolutely LOVE this song, and yes, I too am a guy lol. But honestly, as happy and peaceful the song is, It makes me feel like crying, because it was always played during the sad moments where Tomoya was reminded and reminisced of Nagisa during the Clannad: After story episodes. But it still makes me happy, regardless n_n...PS, I LOVE the Alternate universe episodes as well lol
