I do stuff like this. Twice a year, theres this GIANT consignment sale. And you get the money for all the things you sell. So I like to give some things to my mom to take there, and we'll list what was mine, and all the money that they give to her for those things, she gives to me. I also sell some of my old stuff, if anyone finally buys my dsi I'll have $100!

Good tips anyways... Unfortunatley, pretty much none of them will work for me. No kids to babysit, my aunt and uncle would never let me work for them, no pets to walk, but they still are REALLY good ideas!

Maybe your mom just meant that it's good give it to a charity than to save it and buy stuff when you already have stuff. And your mom probably doesn't give you allowance cause you don't need it, she already gives you everything you need. Here's a tip: be patient. Wait until your birthday or a holiday and save up money then! Maybe spend half if it, and put the rest in a place where you wouldn't be tempted to spend it, and when something new comes out that you really really want,

for charity. Plus i live on a main road so no ones going 2 stop for lemonade or cookies
