  • Black Man - the fastest fish on the planet

  • Then a shark got it because it smelled the blood from the wound which they tagged.

  • he released the delicious marlin !!

  • Actually the fastest fish in the world is the sailfish!!!!!!!!!

  • chuck norris's goldfish is faster

  • Hydrodinamic?

  • 135km/h not bad

  • From 0:46 to 1:11 reminds me of a frap party at 4 in the morning...

  • hydrodynamic*

  • at 1:31 he says "it is fantastically aerodynamic." im pretty sure fish live in water, so its hydrodynamic. this guy gets paid way too much to fill a biologists shoes.

  • @THEpearldrummer LOL yeah, i was thinking to myself, but aerodynamic is used above water in air, i didn't know what the term was for in water, but knew it wasnt aero haha

  • aquadynamic?

  • @efizism same thing

  • Keep pressing 2 lol!

  • @russelttttttt lmao

  • thrash humans tagging fishes..............

  • crazy people.. made an intense effort to catch that fish and then..toosh!..they released it back..what's the point?..

  • @humanmedicine8 its called show biz

  • @humanmedicine8 reminds me of Golf

  • I wonder if he was reading hemingway's ''the old man and the sea''

  • how it can be air-dynamic its in the water it must be water-dynamic

  • @roo0oock1 Can't tell if trolling... Or just very stupid...

  • @budandprince1 i was just kidding. god people are so weird these days.

  • @budandprince1 Hydro-dynamic, mean anything to you?

  • The Sailfish is much faster than a Marlin!

  • oh the fish is aerodynamic is it?

i think the word you're looking for is hydrodynamic.

  • @hellothere748 not anymore

  • This dick-measuring contest with animals and nature is just ridiculous. You can't completely control or subdue Mother Nature. She always has the final word.

  • these stupid peoples are destroying nature and animals for their enjoyment.

  • "it's aerodynamic", no it isn't aerodynamic means it moves efficiently through air, it is hydrodynamic.

  • @machetero1 ..why.. it's greased lightnin'!!

  • 1:25

This fish is like a Formula one racing car...

It's fast, has four wheels, and costs around £1,000,000 each!

  • the fish is in the water not the air, that makes it hydrodynamic

  • Chuck Norris could beat it.

  • Check this EPIC battle from Australia!!! 1100 Pound Black Marlin - Formula 1 Game Fishing - at dvdesign11 link below!

Filmed off-shore from Port Douglas Queensland Australia - Don't forget to rate and share!

  • hydrodynamic >:(

  • fishing black marlin need a lot of patient

    u need to wait wait wait wait wait wait ,, {{shit out of fuel !!}}

  • how the hell does a ~180lb guy tow in a fish -- THE fastest fish -- that could possibly be 1000 lbs? insane.

  • @Fernandez218 you wind it in and then release until the fish gets tired and worn out then u just reeeeeel it in boys

  • I wanna friggin do that...

  • epic dick piss at 0:46

  • does the hook stay in the mouth? thats fooked up

  • mmmmmmm...hydrodynamic?

  • @FLCLCBSC I was just about to type the same thing!

  • @alanbuttle fishes' brains are not sufficiently developed to allow them to sense pain or fear...

  • @TheBaschtl how do you know?do you have some information to support that statement?i cant just say to you that they do feel pain, but i've done some research and it all indicates that like you and me,fish's nervous system do detect pain and fear.i guess being pulled out of the water with a metal hook in your mouth and gasping for air cant really be painless

  • @pmdm0 Completely depends who you want to believe. The vegan nut-cases say they have emotions and feelings and they're all sad when we catch them.

  • @TheBaschtl yeee thats the weed talking :P but scientifically,it only makes sense that they feel pain.fear i dont really know, ill have to research some more, but pain is a nervous reaction of the organism saying something is wrong...like a hook in your mouth xD

  • @pmdm0 I did come across a few articles addressing "breakthroughs in science regarding the nervous system of fish". So I guess the scientific community is split on the matter, to say the least. And on a different note: Who the fuck cares enough about fish to dedicate their lives to them?!

  • @TheBaschtl me dude,im a marine biologist :p

  • @pmdm0 Ahahahaha, look who I'm trolling about fish xD.

  • @TheBaschtl xD

  • LOOOOOL did anyone book that he said dolla wine dolla wine dolla wine in 2:00 looool

  • why is it aerodynamic if its in the water

  • very cool

  • i'd like to see the marlin that fights back by jumping on a boat and spearing the fisherman

  • @mrnoodleisdead It has been done before.

  • i......... though the mako shark was the fastest fish

  • NOT the fastest fish on the planet. It falls about 8mph short of that.

  • Pre sure sailfish is fastest fishy :)

  • sailfish is the fastest fish

  • Just finishing The Old Man and the Sea..that old man must have had killer strength to catch this kick ass fish lol

  • wtf adverts on the bbc!?!?!

  • @tommyrharper57 yes uk only tho

  • @nicky2k10yas But i swear theyre just not allowed to show any adverts?

  • hydrodynamic idiot...

  • does he not mean hydro-dynamic?

  • WTF - Fastest fish is the sail fish , not Marlin's !!!

  • @darshan086 You guy are so fucking stupid ass if you don't know anything shut the fuck up up mother fucker, the fastest fish is the Shark

  • @zzztubazzz :Do you have any link to support your comment "Shark" is the fastest fish ? If not, shut ur mouth :-)

    U r very brilliant ...

  • @darshan086 your mommy mother fucker if you don't know ass your mom mother fucker The shark is the fastest stupid

  • @zzztubazzz The Fastest Fish Is The Pirahna

  • @darshan086 apparently not to the british

  • aston martin? pshh aston MARLIN

  • why does it always have to be black?

  • you people are so stupid the shark is the fastest fish stupid mother fucker

  • The people who made this video are idiots. The reason the Black Marlin can strip the line of at that rate is because the boat is moving. Its not the fastest fish on earth.

  • What was the Black Marlin doing with the pole at 0:46?

  • @russelttttttt it was taking the line, its so fast that u cant reel in against it, if it wants to dive it will lol, if the reel was locked it would rip it out of his hands or rip him over board

  • @russelttttttt to set the hook better

  • @russelttttttt ROFL

  • @russelttttttt hahahhahahaha

  • What about the hook that they left inside the fish?!

  • @Poppy1Love the hook is rusted out,, it does no harm to the fish

  • @Poppy1Love it will be a hook that disintegrates after a long time in water, that the hooks that i use. after 48 hours of being in the water it starts to disintegrate.

  • @Poppy1Love biodegradable

  • @Poppy1Love They use steel hooks instead of stainless steel hooks.

That way the corrosive saltwater will easily break the hook down allowing it to fall out within a couple of days.

  • @Poppy1Love It'l rust our quite shortly.

  • @Poppy1Love The fish's mouth is acidic enough to disolve the metal hook.

  • @chex22 No the fish's mouth is not acidic, the hook will rust out due to salt water corrision, providing the hook is not stainless steel if it is it will be stuck in the fish forever.

  • @creamtt

You are correct. I use corrosive hooks and when I catch sailfish off of Lauderdale in the Florida Straits, I usually get the hook out by holding the bill when the fish is still in the water. After the hook is out , I hold the bill for a few minutes for the fish to get its wind back and then off he goes back into the ocean.

  • @VisionarysDomain Thank you for your reply, and i found your vid most interesting, thumbs up and subscribe.

  • @creamtt

CHECHkOUT MY BACKGROUND NOW. I SAVED A LITTLE SEA TURTLE from idiots throwing their bait jars overboard. I tried posting my sail I caught last week but the size of the pixels was too great. Heading tomorrow into the bermuda triangle for wahoo and Marlin !

  • @Poppy1Love

The hook will rust and fall off eventually

  • @Poppy1Love it disappear in 2 or 3 weeks of corrosion

  • @Poppy1Love it degrades.

  • @Poppy1Love they water usually corodes the blade causing it to rust, and become brittle in a couple weeks

  • @Poppy1Love

it will rust away in a couple days

  • @Poppy1Love what about it?

  • @Poppy1Love when saltwater fishing, the hook rusts out.

  • @Poppy1Love

    Free Piercing?

  • @Poppy1Love they have a special acid that will dissolve the hook in its stomach , don't worry :)

  • @Poppy1Love Hooks don't kill fish. I was fishing once and a rainbow trout, the same one had eaten 3 of my hooks and lived

  • @Poppy1Love it is digested

  • @Poppy1Love the hook will rust away and the fish will be fine

  • black marlin @ 0:14 btw

  • The claim is that the black marlin "can strip the line off the pole at 80 mph". This speed adjusts for the marlin swimming away from the boat that is also moving forward.

  • @scruffygoblin the adjustment varies every time a new set of clowns comes up with a adjustment,,one group clocked a jelly fish at 180

  • The claim is that the black marlin "can strip the line off the pole at 80 mph". This speed adjusts for the marlin swimming away from the boat that is also moving forward.

  • The sailfish is the fastest, and zzztubazzz is the biggest jerk.

  • @kode1303 the sail fish is only 68mph they the Black Marlin is 80mph.

  • @syprix A simple google search shows the sail fish as the fastest - 68 mph. The marlin goes 50 mph. Can all those sites be wrong?

  • @kode1303 50 mph for every type of Marlin? I doubt that all species of Marlin swim at the same speed. Unless it's an average.

  • @spartanlax07 no its not a average, its scientifically impossible for a Marlin to swim any other speed then 50mph. the marlin is on the decline for many reasons one being that many die in the open oceans by accidently ramming themselves into blue whales at nite. of course the blue whale doesnt even notice most of the time and then when they dive really deep the marlins bladder explodes, eventually it falls off, plus alot die in sub collosions and is the reason subs dont have windshields anymore

  • i need a rod like that

  • hey fuck u mother fucker

  • My goldfish that fed in chuck norris' toilet bowl was clocked was clocked at 80 thousand MPH

  • mako shark

  • Fucking stupid people the fastest fish is the shark so if you don't know don't say it ok mother fucker

  • @zzztubazzz oh fuck everyone that doesn't have at least 3 z's in their profile name is a dumbass clearly unlike yourself

  • @zzztubazzz I hope you're joking...

  • @zzztubazzz really? so sharks can travel at 80 fucking plus miles a fucking hour? amazing

  • Sailfish is the fastest, Black Marlin comes next and then my fav. WAHOO, you will be surprise to know that bonefish is also in the list.

  • Its not aerodynamic...its hydrodynamic. lol

  • @skittles0whoa i don't remember posting that. i must have been tired. idk.

  • they just cut the line didnt even remove the hook

  • @samosborne37 Often its too risky to remove hooks, and its safer to cut the line. More damage to the caught fish can be done in the removal, than just leaving the hook. Most hooks eventually rust away.

  • i think it's kind of funny that it's the fastest fish and it's call "Black" Marlin. i'm just saying.

  • @amd9500 I dont get it.

  • Just watched about aliens documentary and came upon this video.

Got me thinking, probably just like the fish, we're being tagged er... probed by the aliens just for fun, then released just to bug the hell out of all of us and hollywood.

The marlin's tag was cooler I suppose, they can show it to their relatives. Unlike the probes.... :)

  • @Cameron9GM because it kills its prey,duh.

  • mako shark is the fastest

  • @jthugn4eva2

mako shark is the fastes shark, not fish.

  • mako shark is the fastest!

  • They are the second fastest 80 kph

The Fastest is the Sailfish 110 kph

  • @Alphas0 80 miles per hour, not kilometres...

  • @destroyerxx6 measuring speed from a reel hits me as fishy,,,i would like to see the research on that one

  • they are fast, but not the fastest in the sea. The Sailfish is.

  • 0.45 omfg

  • why does fishermans just cut the line when releasing a fish? if they dont retrieve the hook it will keep wounding and disturbing the fish anyway! in the worst case , this can prevent it from eating or it can swallow it and die by pieced gut.

  • @FLASHoverlord i believe the hooks are designed to rust through and fall out relatively quickly, which probably causes less damage and stress than getting the fish in the boat and forcibly removing it

  • rofl @ 0:47

  • 0:46 WTF!? what is he doing to the fish road!? having sex with it!?!? lolXD

  • @117starpower that is how you set the hook genius.

  • @3report yeah i know that you idiot it just looked like he had sex with itXD

  • good vid......alligator,catfish and brim

  • well it has a piercing now :D

  • that's some awfully sexual fishing.

  • BBC spelled "amazing" wrong in their description.

  • y dont see blak human swimmer ..

  • Impressive.

  • man against fish ....yea right......try the other way and see , try to get hook and pull that hard from the mouth and then tell me if is a fear fight

  • black marlin is a swordfish right?

  • @ cresc -- True, humans and fish do differ a bit, but both have nervous systems, both have a will to live, both deserve to be free from totally unnecessary pain.

This kind of torture of other species is nauseating. To me, it is completely unacceptable and cheapens all life on the planet.

  • @CanuckDriver relax man it'll live

  • @babblingduk -- Isn't that exactly what Dr. Mengle said of his "research" on Jews during World War II? Isn't that exactly what the vivisectionists claimed they were doing in the 1800's?

There are better ways to do real research.

  • @CanuckDriver Not saying this is nice thing to do. In fact I agree with you that there are definitely better ways to do research but drawing comparisons with Jews and marlins is a bit implausible...humans aren't fish.

  • God damn that would blow serious ass if someone had their hand stuck on that line when the Marlin went for it.

  • Great video, you should also check out the new series BENT from Redfishmafia

  • This is bloody barbaric! How anyone can call it "sport" I do not know. It is utterly despicable.

I have heard all the moronic arguments about fish not having nerves in their mouths and the like and about hooks rusting out in short order in salt water. It is all hogwash!

Just watch the poor creature fighting for its life! It is obviously in pain. Only a self-centered moron would contend otherwise.

Anyone participating in this should have the same treatment applied to them.

  • @CanuckDriver This is for research! I highly doubt they do it for "sport"

without people like them, we wouldnt know a rats ass about a rats ass!

  • how did they know that they caught a black marlin? it could be a.. great white or something else. lol

  • @tedhellcaster probably because if you caught a great white shark you would fucking know about it :L

  • @Browno94 well, it could be a SEA-BEAR or an underwater rhino

  • @tedhellcaster you being serious?

  • @mikeyt368712006 uh, yes. the reels just started to roll then they knew it was the black marlin. the hook could've just stuck to a pineapple under the sea or something.

  • @tedhellcaster underwater video cameras

  • @tedhellcaster 1 great whites wouldnt hit those lures 2 they dont jump like that 3 if you actully fished you would know that is a marlin

poppy1love the hook will work its way out in acouple days if its still inside and some say and i might agree a sailfish is faster than a black

  • @Footballfathead8 well, it could've been spongebob and patrick star playing with the hook

  • so they just leave the hook in its mouth?

  • @warwize can see u never fished

  • @xtanisx

just went fishing last week, we took the hooks out before releasing

  • @warwize

hooks rust out very fast in saltwater.

  • MAN! That guy's gonna be sore in tha mornin!

  • Are they considering the movement of the boat relative to the Marlin?

  • cool to see they didn't kill that magnificent beast

  • 80MPH, almost as fast as me then : )....almost
