    What's the purpose of doing the 'half way up' mini set after the regular set? Is it to focus on targeting the triceps?

    ps this is a cool tricep exercise for some reason I have never seen it but it's so simple. I'm gonna try that next time.

  • I actually do these exercises, I love the jump rope interval training she does, it really stepped up playtime with my son and the results of actually doing her exercies are crazy awesome! Of course I'm a strait woman... so maybe I don't count cuz I don't get distracted like a man does.

    You don't get to look that good by doing 'very little'. I suggest you check out her site before commenting. Zuzana seems to do little else but work out! Who does the shopping? Hubby?;)

  • Diet has a lot to do with it too, but you are probably right. Unless you have the type of discipline it takes to maintain that sort of tonage.

  • There are plenty of people out there who appear to be in very good shape because of their low body fat %. Looks can be very deceiving as far as strength and endurance are concerned. I train a 70 year old woman who appears to be obese yet she could perform this exercise lifting both zuzana and the weights she's carrying. On the same token, very fit looking people can actually be quite weak ;D

  • Can you say.. she obviously works out more than what she does in her videos? Working out doesn't make you sculpted like her. She runs, probably swims, and watches all that her body takes in very, very cautiously. Her bod's an art. She takes care of it like one.

  • Awesome workouts, really helped me a lot. i lost a lot of fat in about 2 months. Now i can fit into my size 4 pants again (i was a size eight) put on weight because of a fracture, these i can do because i cant strain my feet
