Ich meine, 10sek sind eine Menge!!! Der Turbo S beschleunigt besser (2,9s auf 100), egal auf wieviel km/h, das PDK und das GTR Getriebe halte ich für gleichwertig in Präzision und Schaltgeschwindigkeit. Beide haben Allrad, der Porsche hat sogar mehr Leistung und wiegt ca. 300kg weniger als der GTR.
Im Zwischensprint ist der PDK schneller, in Kurven sind beide wohl Gleichwertig usw usf...
Ich bin KEIN Porsche Liebhaber, aber in Physik hab ich aufgepasst.

Genau diese Verlässlichkeit besitzen auch der GT2+GT3>auch diese sind 10sek schneller als der TurboS, der auch nicht als reines Trackcar konzipiert ist.
Letztendlich sind alle hier genannten Fahrzeuge fahrtechnisch State-of-the-art..sie sind alle schneller als die Leistung vermuten lässt

@kurdeundgesetzlos1 Stage one is like a "bolt on" modification with little or no work needed to other mechanical or electrical parts for the mod to work at its best. Stage 2 is more aggressive and usually consists or multiple updates and/or modifications. Stage 3 is used mostly for competition or race cars. Hope that helps
e55 amg isn't really that fast. i could keep up with it with the boost cranked to 1,2 bar in my tourer v (i kept up with a cls55 amg on stock boost - which is about 0,8 bar - up until 140 km/h, afterwards the benz started slowly pulling away)

actually the E55's HP numbers are underated. The E55's HP is around 500 and 550 torque, not 469. Stock E55's have dynoed stock with 400-440 rwhp. Motor Trend gives the E55 4.2 0-60 and the E63 4.5. Some have seen 4.0 seconds. Most E55's with slicks have had some low 12 sec high 11 second quarter mile times STOCK. With just a tune and a pulley your running 0-60 around 3.8 and in the high 10's low 11's 1/4 mile.The E55 station wagon pulls 4.0 0-60. 2010 M5 does 4.6 0-60, The Beast is still king!

I'm doing a stage in a law office in Ontario (Canada)... we have in the office (150 people working there) 3 big cars fanatic... One of them (senior lawyer) has a 2002 Lotus Esprit V8 and a Maserati Quattroporte and another one (junior, but smart) has a Ferrari 328 GTS and a 2005 BMW M3. i recently saw a USED gt-r being sold in texas for 50k. went back to check on it and it sold within 24 hours. you can get a gt-r in socal for just under 84k. that's about average.
Basically all this showed is that it takes a heavily modded Nissan GT-R AWD from the race track to beat a standard AMG E55 luxury saloon with A/C, leather, power everything, RWD etc. Now from this I deduce that for comfortable fast motoring a E55 is hard to beat. The other point is the GTR requires a competent drive to achieve fast times while anyone can get similar times from the AMG.
Well, i speak Russian and i can tell u what they where talking about. Peps in GTR told guys in Merc to take off before them to C how fast they will catch up with Merc. I think that was the point of this video.
First off I was stating that the e55 to my knowledge WAS the fastest sedan when introduced back in 2003 then Bentley released a new sports sedan of their own which surpassed the e55. i'm just pointing out that mercedes amg models have a lot of low end torque so although they have slower automatics they are still able to get a quick jump of the line.
even if the gtr used launch control it would have been pretty hard to pass it up to the 200km/h mark.

actually the E55's HP numbers are underated. The E55's HP is around 500 and 550 torque, not 469. Stock E55's have dynoed stock with 400-440 rwhp. Motor Trend gives the E55 4.2 0-60 and the E63 4.5. Some have seen 4.0 seconds. Most E55's with slicks have had some low 12 sec high 11 second quarter mile times STOCK. With just a tune and a pulley your running 0-60 around 3.8 and in the high 10's low 11's 1/4 mile.The E55 station wagon pulls 4.0 0-60. 2010 M5 does 4.6 0-60, The Beast is still king!

No car is exactly the same. Every car racing down the strip is a different weight with different tires and a different amount of whp. I'm doing a stage in a law office in Ontario (Canada)... we have in the office (150 people working there) 3 big cars fanatic... One of them (senior lawyer) has a 2002 Lotus Esprit V8 and a Maserati Quattroporte and another one (junior, but smart) has a Ferrari 328 GTS and a 2005 BMW M3. The other one (Freaking rich) has a Ferrari Testarossa, an amazing 2004 Mercedes S600 and a Mercedes SL55. And believe me, no one of them bring their cars to a race track... they only drag from time to time...

The SL63 won't fly past a Corvette ZR-1 a SL65 just might but then again the Corvette weighs about as much as a Honda Civic. If the Benz is over 4,000lbs then that huge 170lb-ft of torque won't mean anything.

just cause it has 4 seats and is quiet doesnt mean its every day use friendly**, theirs a big difference from driving a gtr and driving something like an M3 or a mercedes 'AMG. and thats cause the germans tune their cars for performance and are also very fun to drive on roads, the suspension is better for rough road conditions and so fourth, the gtr does not have those kind of features, its just not "fun" to drive on roads its more so meant for the track.

Basically all this showed is that it takes a heavily modded Nissan GT-R AWD from the race track to beat a standard AMG E55 luxury saloon with A/C, leather, power everything, RWD etc. Now from this I deduce that for comfortable fast motoring a E55 is hard to beat. The other point is the GTR requires a competent drive to achieve fast times while anyone can get similar times from the AMG.

First off I was stating that the e55 to my knowledge WAS the fastest sedan when introduced back in 2003 then Bentley released a new sports sedan of their own which surpassed the e55.
