@GJordanG you have to rotate the iron a half way not into a full. then as you go down your hair with the flat iron rotate it a bit more, do it very slowly. i will make a video if you'd like to show you.

@GJordanG Do you let it cool off first before trying again? I find that it helps a lot. :) Otherwise, try curling smaller sections of hair at a time and go very slowly. Hope this helps!

@GJordanG Rotate your flat iron like your curling your hair and it should help and BE PATIENT. AND USE HEAT PROTECTENT especially since you are just trying. I hope this helped if u still don't kinda don't get it

@GJordanG one thing that i wasnt doing was flicking my wrist before i brought it down, if you do a 360 turn before pulling the iron down, it will be super curly , if you do a 180 turn with the iron it will be more wavy.

Um, what I do is instead of just like one time rotating it, I rotate a couple times, so like rotate as you move down your hair ! Hope that helped !

well, you have to get like a 1" hair straigtener to do this. I tried it wiff mine, (and it's like 3 inches wide) , and it didn't work. You can also check itsbabygun's hair tutorial. It good too. (: Hope this helped..
