I like your earrings. Have you tried doing protective styling? Like two strand twists that can be pinned up or braids just to keep from styling your hair regularly. There is a natural hair salon in Houston called Natural Resources, they have good reviews
Have you tried any Shea Moisture products? They're all natural and affordable too. They have this Organic Yucca Baobab Thickening-Conditioner and it's really good for breakage
