Where'd you get/how'd you make that synthetic voice?

I'm developing a RTS game and am currently making a machine AI "race", I would love it if you could either give me the means to do the synthetic voice, so I can add some variations, or perhaps you could make them for me?

Some example phrases would be

"Interface modulation complete"

"Biological lifeforms detected"

"Defense protocol initiated"

"Scanning defense perimeter"

(lagging, power failure) "Power gri-iii-d malfunc-krshzz-function"

@IcecoldLulu Is it really that hard to search "dubstep," listen for a minute, then search "chiptune." listen for a minute, then compare? Dubstep has a half-time drum beat and modulated bass as the centerpieces, chiptune is more or less 8bit house music.
