When marijuana first came on to the scene it definately was used as a treatment for many of the conditions we use it for today. Marijuana has been in use as medicine for over 5000 years and only reciently has it not been considered a medicine because of the Reefer Madness propaganda and the special interests of some greedy bastards. It was removed from the pharmacopia and basically forgotten by doctors and to now say that it has and never has had medical use is just criminal.
