Wouldn't it be the other way around? The NFL used a theme song from a 1960's nudie film, in any case, This theme was originally used in the 1960's Spider-Man cartoon for the "King-Pin" episode, the music company KPM specialized in producing and licensing out background music for various movies and tv shows.

@theALmighty66 according to another youtube video under that title you gave me, the song was used in an old spider-man cartoon episode from the 60's. It's a longer version too, kick ass.
