i really do like this video, it's well put together, and the music goes well with it.

I personally don't like the animation reel at 1:40, it seems rather clunky.

@MrConterno As I understand it, complicated scenes are usually broken down into multiple renders. Sky, foreground, etc. I think 1:40 is an exercise in this. The point is that the walking character was rendered completely separately from the environments you see it in, yet it goes behind the cat, casts appropriate shadows, and is lit in a way that makes it look like it's really there.
