Personally it COULD be that it's not from a guy's point of view and that Regina is a lesbian but I seriously 100% think the lines "I'm in love with your daughter, I wanna have her babies" are from a male perspective, because Regina always writes songs as though they were stories, for example 'oedipus', and therefore I've always seen this song as being a story from a male perspective.
