Almost correct, it's a play on words from his full name, Hari (Harima) and Ken (Kenji). It's so funny how it's used to sound like "Hurricane Kick" and how much it suits him.

Their teamwork with the Twin Hariken kick was awesome, I almost wish their love/hate relationship would develop more smoothly, but it wouldn't be funny if it did.
