I would recommend going to a music store and playing whatever you like the best. To play bends and scales easily, get the action lowered on it so that the strings are closer to the fretboard and slap some light gauge strings on there and you'll be all set. And if you want to play the higher spectrum of notes, get one that's cut-away like the one in this video otherwise it's a bitch to try and get notes past the 12th fret.
