Anyone here that is experienced enough to answer a crab fishing question I have? When they go after "elusive" blue crab, as they say, I assumed blue crab is worth alot more since its hard to get many of them. This is also what I read on the web, so I assume its correct. However, at the end of the show they said they had 21,000 lbs of blue crab worth about 100k. Thats roughly $5 a pound. Another boat had roughly 300,000 pounds of red crab, worth 2.1 million. Thats roughly $7 a pound??

i didn't even know he had died until i watched the 1st episode of the new series of DC a couple weeks ago. It was horrible to see him like that towards to end. It saddened me alot because he used to remind me of my own dad. That episoode really showed how all the skippers are like one big family.
