Contact area appeared to be shoulder (clearly, ball is out of play at contact). Signs are pretty close to field, so collision is hard to avoid even if a gentle push. At this level, that is a deserved yellow and an admonishment. Restart is a throw-in for Orange. I would not see this as VC - but be assured the attacker who caused the misconduct would not have much leeway with any antics after this to earn a second booking - and that would be part of the conversation.

That was a red card offense. He's lucky to have a gracious ref that only gave him a yellow.
