I'm starting to understand...or come to terms with this 800l.b. monkey on my back. It's not easy. But man when u r up the creative ideas for art just flow from one-into-the other( my wife calls it: He's rolling), then u just drop, like Humpty Dumpty & in my case that's one hardheaded egg. I so thank God that I have such a good wife!
I wish that the unaffected people could truly understand.
It's incredibly embarrassing when you're manically trying to talk to someone and your brain moves so fast that your mouth can't keep up and your words come out sounding like some weird unintelligible babbling. I literally have to stop talking mid sentence, close my eyes, and visualize each word that I want to say.

This is an AMAZING Documentary... I'm also Bi-Polar... I'm into music (You can Check out my Channel) I've been arrested twice for episodes and went to 6 Hospitals in 9 months. I'm managing now with my medication although I do enjoy manic episodes sometimes as it allows me to be more creative musically with my production and artistry, but somedays I still don't like to be around people. I've had 1 suicide attempt, but it still crosses my mind. Thanks for this video, AMAZING!
This documentary is spot on, its a really genuine picture of bipolar affliction. I have a friend whom I had to help get into the hospital after a suicide attempt, I've known her for over 17 years and she's the most creative person I know, a wonderful soul who is always being derailed by this disease.
Hey guys. I'm battling from schizophrenia. I'm not asking for money or views or anything, but just for support and for people to hear me out. My psychiatrist said to let people know about your problem, but everyone thinks I'm weird and my family cannot understand or take me seriously. I made a blog about my problems, and I hope we can talk on there. My blog is battlingschizophrenia.blogspot.com . Fellow schizophrenics, you should also come. We can fight the battle together.
To all you haters, your just trolls! In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory,[2] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[3] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion. Do not engage Trolls they get off on it.
'He's not my husband anymore'.. yeah because you bailed on him.. you couldn't handle it and you left him in the dust. Typical selfish woman, probably sleeping around behind his back too.
@ricosuavable there is a very dark side to anyone who suffers from bipolar disorder, so I'd be careful throwing insults like that around in real life. just some advice.
@ricosuavable if you were bipolar you wouldn't go around looking for a bipolar page so that you can insult people with bipolar disorder.. no matter how bad you got. I often snap at stupid comments, I usually go overboard but the comments I snap at remain stupid. You didn't snap, you just threw out an ignorant insult that lacks the aggression associated with bipolar disorder.
There is NO cure...but there IS treatment!!!! I have bipolar also...I was diagnosed 14 years ago, and want to thank you for sharing this video....I have always had trouble maintaining a schedule with my sleeping patterns and wasn never aware that, that was a symptom of the illness until the narrartor stated it in your video so thank you!!!! I will bring that up to my therapist!!! I hope I understood her correctly!!! It is an ongoing battle but the important thing is to not give up!!!
Thank you for sharing and for being brave enough to spread awareness of this disease which so many people suffer from in silence. You are very smart and creative. I think you have many accomplishments and will continue to accomplish a lot and you are contributing to society by educating people. People need to be compassionate and not judge others but learn from them to help themselves and others. May God bless you and your family!
I am also suffering from a serious mental illness. I've lived most of my life in denial, pretending that my problems weren't real. This video helped open my eyes to this reality. I think more people should be watching this.

Bipolar disorder is a blessing and a curse.
