  • Ill try this I hope it works cause I get some nasty cramps and I can't keep taking medicine.

  • Neesha, You're a beautiful spirit inside and out! Your guidance with these poses is inspiring and just helped me to feel much better during my cycle. I love the practice of embracing nature as it moves through you. Also honoring the intelligence of nature and ourselves. Thank you so much. Blessings.

  • @lacedwithspace Thank you!

    Blessings back to you!

  • It's always good to read the health & safety before doing any exercise. Refer to local doctor or physicist for professional advice and do not over work yourself to extreme or you'll end up like me with a fucked up back!

  • Wow! I really needed this, to get grounded & easier during my cycle. I have the tendencie to keep rushing & running around.

  • @devlin2278 Hi! So glad that you slowed down, we all need that reminder and we all tend to rush and run around.

  • Neesha, perfect janu sirsasana. The way the bent leg is pressed against its own groin instead of the extended leg and formed that 90 degree angle, just perfect...that's the correct way. I do appreciate as well the way you keep on adjusting the thigh muscle by pulling it outward brings more depth to the poses. Thanks so much for highlighting these crucial points that are often overlooked. Your videos are a gem!

  • @leopoldville1 I'm glad to hear that you appreciate the technical aspects.

  • I did this once or twice a day during my cycle and it was Great! Normally I neglect stretching during that time of the month but this is actually very relaxing.....especially right before bed. Thanks so much for this video:-)

  • @MoonLotusWoman So good to hear that it works well. I find that it offers a lot of relief if I am experiencing an uncomfortable cycle.

  • I wish "nature" would leave me alone so I could do my inversions. Nature is mean. :(

  • @KoriKitti why ?? why do you think is mean to you?? ;)

  • @qtzllfilms I am just firmly against what nature does in this particular aspect.

  • @KoriKitti i used to get cramps and thought the same, i hated so my period...when i changed my eating habits and started a relaxation rutine what a change!! LOVE your feminity!!! love love love is one key.. if cramps get you nuts take care of your sugar intake follow this routine and realy on fruits for your sugar intake, "agave nectar or brown sugar only" in moderated portions...mood changes or even depression get worsen by sweets, processed nectars or processed food that has lots of sugar ;)

  • @qtzllfilms But I hate my period when I don't have cramps or anything. I don't like femininity. I wish to have a hysterectomy.

  • thank you for the video, Neesha, just want to say that all fertile women are constantly on the menstrual cycle, I think what you are trying to say is that this video is for women during their menstrual bleeding phase or menstruation ;p
