You really inspired me. After watching some of your videos last week, I did my own micros for the first time and they turned out great! (I won't tell you it took 22 hours though but that's not the point. lol) I have been getting sooo many compliments. People don't believe I did them myself. Keep up the great work. You're awesome!

heyy that was rly helpful--iv been wanting to get my hair braided like that but i have caucasian/hispanic hair texture. we went to a place to get it done but they priced it at 160$. does anyone know of a place that'll do it closer to 100$? my mom was also willing to do it ourselves, any advice to first-timers? I am leaving ona class trip to china on sunday and would love to get my hair done before that. thanks!

woww i memba blue magic bak n the day..thats some good grease..but i braid when and if somebody need it done and i need pocket change..i do the same thing u do and make three pieces and go around again and mix the longer piece with the short piece..haha...but u got that cuz ppl b tryna take breaks when i do they hair..so i swore never to do micors again..only braids no micros lol

how do you get the hair at the root to be so tight because wenever i do it they ind up sliding alittle like da next dai

You have to make sure you have a good grip on your hair so that it won't slip. When you are ready to wrap the fake hair around make sure you have a tight grip on that hair also. I will be posting another micro braiding video this week and I will address this because alot of people have been having this problem. That use to happen to me when I first started braiding:)

I used Human Hair by "Victoria's Hair systems". To make it wavy I I curl it with a curling iron or I use flexy rollers. Or you can make bantu knots all over your head. I will have a video up showing how to do that real soon.

ok...does the pump it up spray work on the wet n wavy human hair as well? i know how to braid to but have no clue how to tie the ends, last time i used glue and errr um..hehehehe yeah not good..

Yes it does...I don't use weave glue or nail glue to seal the ends. I don't like tie the ends either because well it's just too much trouble...lol. So the best thing to use in my opinion is the spray.

Yes you can...That's the reason I use it...some people use nail glue to seal the ends. I can't use that because I like flat ironing my hair and curling my hair with a curling iron and I don't think that nail glue would work well that much heat.

I be trying so hard, but I don't know how to get that lil knot at the top so the braid will lay on your scalp, mines be all lose, how do you do that, I watched the video but it was kinda hard for me to see cause your hand was kinda blocking.
