Okay, now that that's been said and done... OMG DONGHAE'S ACCENT WAS SO FREAKING CUTE AND GAH COULD SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE A COMPILATION OF HAE AND HIS ACCENTS??? Whether the accents are his Mokpo accent, cute Korean accent when speaking English, or even practiced accents (ie from Busan, Ilsan, etc). @yongyong55 it's because Hae's from Mokpo, and it's in the south-western side of South Korea, people in Mokpo have a Jeolla-Korean accent (Mokpo is in the province called Jeolla). He uses his "Seoul accent" because the majority uses it.

lol if you want to know the real reason why the boys were all like wtf donghae,

its because for the poem thing they were doing, the second syllable of busan is san, so hae should have started his second sentence with a word stating with san. he used saranghae, which starts with sa. so he said it again all cute like and the rest of the members said it was ok :P

He's from farther south in Korea so he has a very noticeable accent (when he's not trying to speak with a normal korean accent). if you can differentiate between normal korean sounds and other dialects. If you can't tell just know it's adorable, hence the excessive screaming from the ELF.
