  • @desolationofsmaug well, a serious case of kyphosis if you're not born with it. The only type I could find was kyphosis from bad posture, but that can be corrected by working out.

  • wow first of all your hips need to be lower like your quads/ hamstrings should be parallel to the ground- this will result in less stress on the back because your doing most of your lifting from the hips and maintain a neutral spine as well.
