  • Could you please tell me sometihg about the focus? it is manual or autofocus? thanks!

  • Perhaps it's just me, but I don't see a real "film-look" here...looks mostly like video to me.

Hi can you tell me with what kind of lens you where shooting i buy also a canon 60d but im not hapy withe the qulity of the movie image .

  • @dasilvaproduction its not about the lens..you have to learn to adjust the settings right

  • wow this a beautifull video !!!

  • Hey, really nice video ..... What did u use for the softness ?

  • IT still looks really digital to me

  • Clean!

  • 01:22 wowwwwww.

  • OMG Beautiful music, what's the name of this song?!

Great video, the 85mm 1.8 is lovely

  • log and capture ?

  • beautiful quality and girl:)

  • Mpeg streamclip can convert your files for editable footage in final cut, its a free conversion program, just google it.

  • @1:55 made me tear lol, all i want is this quality in my films. So beautiful. I think I'm going with the t3i so i can afford this lens.

  • blacks are all washed out..

cheap trick to compensate for poor camera capabilities..

  • Quick question what was your shutter speed and what was your iso set to

  • Julissa? XD

  • Caption: "I really have to pee. . .Where is the bathroom?!!?"

  • i like cannon but Nikon D7000 Video result is better than 60D. Thou 60D is having more option in frames & it also have manual sound recording.

  • beautiful video and i must say that the canon after doing my homework so far is a good one. I have to get one soon as possible. Maybe this weekned. Peace and love

  • Cute couple

  • nicely done

    canon 60D rocks

  • nicely done

  • no tiene look de film. Sólo es la 60D reencuadrado. Muy poca latitud, no se compara al filmico. Igual está lindo.

  • This is sweet, what frame rate did you record this in?

  • what do you do to make the videos come out so crisp on youtube.. usually when i make a video on final cut, it compresses the hd video and makes it look a littlle pixel out

  • I like it. Good work.

  • Noise from "handy cam" is really annoying me.

    But video is ok :)

  • Check out my Canon 60d Short.

    Yours was great

  • EL NO PERECIO!!!! lol Love the video quality bro! 85mm it is! :D

  • Nice Hermano!

  • Where is the music from? Artists etc.

  • use mpeg stream clip to convert before inputting to final cut

  • Respond to this video...

  • Somehow, all the footage filmed with the 60d on youtube seems to be a bit jerky... Is it just because of youtube, or is the camera THAT bad. ?!?

  • @NicoSchrenk No man, 60D is fine. I think its the 24p with to high shutterspeeds. Since everybody is shooting f1.8 they have to increase shutterspeed or buy ND filters.

  • @NicoSchrenk Just change the setting from 360p to 720p in the bottom right corner. The camera/lens is amazing!

  • @Retrowinter ok... it works^^

  • this looks really good! i'm like in a turmoil on which camera to get, this one, or the XA-10??? Somebody help!

  • How many frames per second?

  • hi can you plz tell me what render settings you used to get your video so clean on youtube?

  • You have to reconvert the files before editing, use mepg streamclip and convert to pro res

  • does any1 kno how to make your videos eligable for mobile devices sing fce??

  • how did u do this please tell

  • Hi there...I've been shooting quite a lot with the 60d in India. Got myself a few decent lenses, but I really like the softness and the color tones that you have in this video! Could you tell me what lens you shot your close ups with and which lenses YOu used for the wider shots??

ALSO WHAT DID YOU USE FOR COLOR CORRECTION???

  • @aksharpillai

Hi aksharpillai, I used the Canon 85mm 1:1.8 lens.

  • @videojoss what softwear did u use to edit the video and with the color correction

  • i'm trying to import HD footage into final cut express, but when i do it, the quality gets really bad. anybody knows how to solve his?

  • @MikkelMovieMaker

When you load up final cut express click on final cut express. Then select easy setup, choose hd and then select the format you would like it to be in. Do all this before you put your footage into final cut express and this should keep the footage hd. Hope this helped !

  • @MikkelMovieMaker Are you sure your timeline is in HD? Right click and get to settings and try using one the uncompressed settings for your timeline.

  • @MikkelMovieMaker if using premier pro or after effects make sure your "encode" is right when you import your video. Also match your sequence settings with the camera of your purchase, if the quality gets no better and doesn't work you may have to download a converter. Depending at what rate of film eg.( 29.97 fps at 1920 by 1080 will be good quality and wont lose much definition).Though if your filming in 720p at 60fps then quality will degrade unless you have a high end cam with and encoder.

  • @MikkelMovieMaker I had a problem with that for a long time, and im like what the heck. i play it in iphoto and its HD but in FC its SD,

I just figured it out this past weekend, Basically right click the Sequence 1--> Settings--> Load Sequence Preset (in bottom left)--> go to the drop down and its One of the Apple Intermediate Codec 1080i 1920x1080. To figure out what your video actually is --> right click any of your videos and go to info or settings.

  • @MikkelMovieMaker you have to convert the files, as canon dslrs film in a different codec then what you need for filming.

similar to shooting RAW vs JPEG, you want RAW for editing but it films in JPEG (the different codec)

  • @MikkelMovieMaker log and capture

  • @MikkelMovieMaker Download Mpeg Streamclip, it's free and a very reliable video converter, you must transform your HD footage into a format Final Cut can read, I recommend Apple Intermediate Codec or Apple ProRes codec settings.

  • @MikkelMovieMaker

Its probably just the preview settings to stop CPU wastage rendering in real time

  • @MikkelMovieMaker you have to compress it using macs compressor from what I believe

  • @MikkelMovieMaker Try this: Export your clips into i-photo, then export to final cut express.

  • @MikkelMovieMaker Magic Bullet Grinder

  • how did u get that color look? does final cutt express have good color correction tools?

  • Can someone give specifics on this video? Frame rate, shutter speed, lens, and what letter-boxing/color correcting was done?

  • nice

  • Is the canon 60D automatically compatible with final cut express? Or do you have to do some converting? I just bought the canon 60D and im still waiting for it to come in and i dont know anything about this stuff. can you please help me out?

  • @punkwaste69 as with all DSLR's, you gotta convert it to an easier editable codec, I just use mpeg streamclip, a free converter to convert my files. then import them into final cut

  • @ClickKopf Thank you so much. I called Apple and tried doing some research. No one could answer my question and you do it in a flash. I appreciate it. Where should I download this converter?

  • @punkwaste69 google mpeg streamclip

  • @ClickKopf Is it the one from 2004-2008?

  • @punkwaste69 idk it's just the first one that says mpeg streamclip

  • @ClickKopf Thank you, I appreciate it.

  • @punkwaste69 - Just spotted this, and I've started doing the same with Mpeg S/C and my 550D... FYI there are 2 versions of the software - and I think the 'older one' works better than the newer Beta version. But the Beta version is actually superb for 'downloading' YouTube footage in Hi-Qual (and even HD!) So I use both!... Hope this helps

  • can u tell me what all lenses u used for this ?

  • Beautiful !

    Thanks for sharing!

  • how?

  • Great Job

  • @HDshawti

    believe its 24p

  • What type of frame rate did you use to shoot this film

  • Me encanta este video. Muy bonitas jovencitas.

  • this is amazing =)

  • LOL
