Looks heavenly and the Namaste mixes are the best! I especially like the Spice Cake mix. To make it lower calories, I use applesauce instead of butter or oil. Canned pumpkin is nice as well.

cake mix? foul. almond meal is a much nicer replacement to flours

and for sweet recipes youd be better off using a vegetable oil - if you must use oil ...
