make sure first that your belly, neck, thigh and back muscles are trained enough for that... first try to go 30 degrees backwards, then 45, then finally, drop down using your muscles for control... so you dont hurt yourself. ask your boyfriend or so to support you by placing his hands under you back and for extra safety use all the cushions you can get!!!

train hard! make sure you back, belly, neck and thigh muscles are strong enough....

... make sure you use lots of cushions, go slowly first then try the 45 degrees... when you drop down, look at your breasts so that you head does not bang on the floor

oh and warm up before you do that, you'll be a pro in a few weeks if you train for that 5 min. a day... Good luck!
