  • Andrew Wood was not just a musician. He was an entertainer, a performer, a comedian, and the one and only pioneer of love rock. There's hardly ever been anyone with so much passion for what they do. RIP L'Andrew!

  • @dastardlycareless Bruce springsteen's leg circa 1977 had more staying power than an entire body movement by andy...sorry, plus this is glam...fuck that

  • @theachtungtree - u have no clue

  • @JanUconn92 YES i have...more than you, the band and Andy look tired in contrast to a real powerful bruce show circa 77

  • 1988. wow. so far ahead of it's time. hard to believe so many of the seattle bands stayed under the radar (to the masses) until 1991. wish i could've seen mlb live. next month is 20 yrs. since andy's death :(

  • Daniel, god bless you man!

  • Show was at not at the Vogue or RKCNDY, it was at the Skate King in Kent, WA. This is one of videos that circulates of this band. There is a video from the Vogue, Moore Theater, and Paramount Theater, but I have yet to find watchable copies.

  • Really, Skate King! I knew they had "Metal" bands play there on weekends back then. Marty Chandler was my neighbor" I saw he's in the Supersuckers now" Great band, I think i'll go and listen to my Green River records now. Thanks

  • greatest band ever......... genius lyrics and unstoppable groove!!

  • was this at RCKCNDY or The Vogue

  • @timothyj67

RCKCNDY (my fav Seattle club) didn't exist in '88. Really, the only clubs in Seattle at that time were The Vag, I mean, The Vogue, and The Central. Those were the main 2. All-ages shows were few and far between then. I was still underage, so, perhaps someone else will see this and remember some clubs other than the 2 I mentioned. But there really weren't many to choose from in '88.

  • My eye's are watering right now....

    Need I say more

  • pussy!

  • are you calling the band pussy? aic is the shit, but this band was the first out of seattle and their music rocks, you down with that or do you need a lesson taught to ya boy??????
