  • @stopbeingnasty ~ everyone starts somewhere. In my kinesiology class, the one thing we were taught when arranging an exercise routine was that each & every person is different. You want to start only w/ something YOU can do, & keep doing on a daily basis, without wearing yourself out so much you won't do it the next day. If all that means is 20 minutes of basic stretching & a 30 minute walk ~ start there. Baby-steps. A friend of mine couldn't touch his knees last year. he CAN now touch his toes!

  • Wow ~ I think I could keep up with that routine for 10 seconds before it killed me! The co-ordination and timing is beautiful! The physical endurance and strength to pull this off is amazing!

  • I would love to compete in sport aeroibics. I have a background in martial arts, gymnastics and ballet. I can do splits beyond 180 degress.

  • someone asked me if you could do anything in the world, nothing could stop you, what would it be....i replied "id be a professional Aerobics competitor" LOL...im an overweight mum instead...hahahaha
