I'm a owner of a mustang gt and all the imports that try to race me get smoked by like a block or more right off the line. I don't hate imports but whn it comes to them losing and they have all the bolt ons they can buy and so does ur stang they start talking crap. Most import need to know the difference from a real car to a toy car. I'm just sayin.
All that money and time in that srt-4 and a car that just rolls off the lot can easily keep up with it lol..seems pointless to me but i guess its all in the hobby and what you like.
Hahahaha. Neons are such junk. My budy went threw 3 engines and 2 tranys and all before 60k miles. Stock because he didn't want to turn it up to 30 psi and blow a motor but it didn't matter. He sued dodge and got his retail money back. Those cars are pure junk. Everyone that gets one regrets it later when it's in the shop and needs 3k plus in work. When you buy one you better be ready to buy 3 more to replace it. They are fast...when running ;)

my bad man i was drunk i have an srt-4 and an 03 cobra there are 15 srt-4s in my group 5 have 500hp raced all of them in my 03 cobra with 2.76 pullie borlas and cold air and put 5/6 cars on all of them your going to get killed when he pullies that cobra i love my srt but its nothing to the cobra how ever i love the fact that the srt kills almost everything i race lol such an under rated car.... i love your skidle man but the cobras are a cheat code in the race world
@silverterminator I WANT to disagree on this..but I would think a 500hp neon would walk a 2.8 pully cobra.. are we still talking about the stock eaton supercharger and exhaust + intake? give or take adding 100+ HP? so that puts it close to 500hp right? so Even on the HP but not the weight? WHy wouldnt the skittle win?
@silverterminator i think the main thing would be 500 rwhp cobras are easy to get, and a dig and a roll their traction will be ok to good. a 500 hp to the ground srt, would probebly be faster because of the wieght difference. but id say honestly you probebly wouldnt have traction until over 100mph...lol meaning youd still lose. also point of interest for me cheep to buy and pullie a cobra than to try to make a neon have 500 hp. :) nice cars though all of them.

Well my 03 cobra has full boltons and I have raced all 5 of my 500 + hp skittle buddy's and they can't touch it so youll never lose again and don't say I don't know shit or that I'm lying I have have an srt-4 to lol I know what they can and can't do
Stock pulley cobra = wack lol. pulley intake and tune would have been more fun...
But nice SRT. Id add one to the stable after finishing my 03 cobra build but insurance is a bitch. 400/mo for the termi and my beater protoge.. who the fuck knows what it would be with a skittle added on too...
have you had your car tuned on a dyno yet? The new mustangs only trap 110 in the 1/4. You should pull on him better then that. Something could be up with your car. Not busting balls. I have the zeta 2.8 too. I used to have a delta 40 and trapped 110 with that. I'm sure my car with this 2.8 would smoke my old setup. Mine has been tuned by Nigel on the dyno.

@QuickStang5o LOL...Im sure He did..from a 1st gear roll..With a 2900lb curb weight when you start making power You tend to loose traction in 1st and 2nd gear....So we made it fair and did a 40 Roll (still nO traction) but I pulled away in 3rd as you can see @ 0:55 ...

@brodgerz, if you listen it was before the x pipe, i actually put the pipe on the next day because it finally came in. as soon as i get the intake.... the pulley, idlers, intake and injectors are going in and its getting tuned, only reason i am waiting is because everything except the idlers require it to get tuned and i dont want to have to pay to get it tuned every time i throw something on it.
the guy in the 5.0 said u didnt beat him...looks to me once u got traction off the slow roll u were catching, and the 2nd race when u spun in 2nd, u OBVIOUSLY pulled in 3rd and let off, good race......o and i have the lug nuts for my rims....you should try my tires out....
@GunShooterPr I have owned the Notorious 50 Trim and the BW s256 and I like this turbo the best..MY HP goals are under 450..I will post a dyno vid as soon as I get a revised tune for my FPR.
