The first time I heard that tune it was on the PBS series, "Cosmos." The LP, "The Music of Cosmos" had a few synthesizer tunes, classical and a few other things featured in the series. When I got "China" by Vangelis, that's when I found out that the name of the tune is "Himalaya."

This is an incredible video & it meshes perfectly with the music, which in & of itself is fantastic enough but is doubly enhanced with these visuals!! Also like the info given about these mountains by the film makers. I have been to the top of Haleakala (10,023 foot summit) in Hawaii and it was like sitting on top of the world...no, it was more like being off this planet entirely...totally unbelievable AND unforgettable!! Thanks for the GREAT vid!!
