Good god i love 1992-1996 Fullsize fords, Besides this little system they have. To put in smoked housings on my bronco took every bit of my patience. Thank god for friends with little hands, we learned all this shit the hard way.
huge thanks for making this video! i started earlier today on installing new ones and got super frustrated and knew there was a better way. soo i turned to youtube!! and found this video. Thanks again!!
absolutely a time saver, ive been in thye automotive field for 36 years and was having trouble to the enth degree, but one of my problems was that both nuts are frozen and i had to spin out mounting studs out of park lens assembly, way down in there out of sight. thx for the help.
you have a good way of explaining details.....so was it not worth it because the moisture came back or because the kit didn't clear up the oxidation well?
@rosskstar The kit didnt seem to do much at all. I guess the lights were just yellowed from the sun. I did get the moisture out but that could have probably been done without removing the headlights.
Very nice video. After reading countless posts on blogs, this video brought it all together and is well worth the 10 mins. it takes to watch it. I'll be using this as a reference tool during disassembly. Thanks pfun41 for posting this.
the first time i tried it i just took out the 2 screws on the top and pulled at it a bit. i didnt even know the bolts were there. what the video doesnt show is that i took out the battery and unbolted the grill and half the headlight supports to figure out how they were held on. glad to help.
