Goofs: The map where the route is drawn (between Pasila and Vallila) is about 2 km from he was actually running (Näkinpuisto and Merihaka). Close enough in the same city anyways (Helsinki), and it's understandable to film the action there where some of the best parkour spots are. :)

Parkour is getting from point A to point B in the easiest/fastest way possible.... Free Running is getting from point A to point B by using as much energy as possible..... Free Running uses flips and gymnastics, Parkour is basically just Running and Acrobatics..... Lol, I do both =P But it mostly depends on the mood I am in and what I am running away from OR what I am running towards.

i can agree parkour isnt about flips and stuff but people like to express it in there own way, i train parkour all the time and im learning flips for my own fun, theres no point in agruing between freerunners and traceurs because were all part of a family who enjoy the same activity.
