And you can't even throw a kick properly? I don't think it could be any more clear how full of garbage all this talk is. Your movements are soft, your mechanics are horrible, you have no concept of how to actually throw the strikes you're throwing, and quite frankly, the fact that you post "training" videos of yourself pumping weights just shows this is some hot-headed, ego-humping B.S.
cool vid. here are some more ideas for restraint fighting:
instead of all those high kicks in the beginning, you could also do a reaping kick at the enemies knees and finish him off with a kick to the head (thats how its done in wrestling) it's easier to do and harder to block.
it's also possible to choke sb with the shackles (hostage or living shield)

that looks like a good training exercise, but i hope you never have to do it for real. your hands being bound take away all your power and a lot of your balance. plus, there isn't a lot you can do in the instance of your opponent doing a block + face punch.
Man this must be really great practice for finding balance as well. Not being able to move your arms with your motions chances a lot of the dynamics involving how a person moves.
jailhouse gungfu i call it. great work. we did stuff like that in my old bujinkan days. we just used our belts on our gi and put our hands in it behind the back or front and do stuff that way. good concepts. and smashing pumkins. no shirt and sun. unreal wait till you see a vid i upload of my yard and walk to govy general today. peace
