I have been playing paintball for 13 years, woodball and tournys and I must say, the Ego 10 has been my favorite marker out of the 30 or so I have.

Hey guys, I have the money for an ego 10. I know i can get an nt10 or any gun around that price range... Should i go with the ego or is there a better choice?

i know this is about an ego,,, but i bought the etek 2, loved the hell out of it, and this year our team all bought etek 3's if u cant afford the ego 10/11 buy the etek 2 or 3, eclipse is by far the gods of paintball

I do like the fact .. That The SL94 is lighter then the Ego10 ... and the milling and the lasering on the marker is super hottttt plus it comes with all the different sl barrel sizes and 2 triggers that can be switched out very easily on the fly... for a $150.00 more go with the Sl94 ...and thats not to say the ego10 is not a good marker because its a very good marker.. there just lots of things to consider =)

ego 10 is just a little more updated with internals then an sl94 but otherwise pretty similar with cure 3 and zick2 but they just improve solenoids and other things like board otherwise on my personal prefernce cash wise get an sl94 2 triggers and smaller lpr cap even though the 10 has that but its ur choice

well yeah if you compare them to the old egos a etek2 is like a 07 ego and so on

nah the eteck 2 didnt have the star frame or syth trigger or cure colt or 2 pice barrel or any of the things that made an ego an ego. it still shoots great and can be just as accurate but not an ego. that applies to the ego7 and up etecks are very close to ego5's and ego6's in design and stuff

09 is a awesome marker to go with actually the 09 will shoots faster then the ego10 they slowed down the ego10 not to say its not fast because its still fast at 28 bps but the 09ego will shoot at a higher rate of fire but will have more kick then the ego10 ..best of luck to you in deciding =)
