Proof: They could whip up a sonic blaster or flamethrower to take down the symbiotes, and they are master tacticians who can easily take down less intelligent villains like rhino, electro and sandman.

@AngeloBCD Actually fire+Symbiotes= Dead Symbiote, so he could beat both venom and carnage easy with only Pumpkin bombs and rockets.

Hard to say since both Doc Ock and Goblin are smarter than the average villains however Doc Ock's body is still human, he can't take a beating and Greeny has alot of tricks up his sleeve like bombs and blades.

But at the end of the day Spidey can kick both their asses

Ok. Well Doc Ock was brainwashed into killing Norman Osborn but then Norman escaped to get he's big revenge on spiderman. So then Doc Ock hears that Norman escaped and breaks out of wherever he's being held to go kill Norman. (Doc Ock is kinda loopy while its happening).
