This is by far the best belt I've ever worn. It's comfortable, strong, and I don't have to worry about the buckle breaking like you sometimes have to with cheap Walmart belts.
I've had mine for 2 years and the hook portion of the velcro finally came off. So, I purchased a new one and then checked out the FAQ on their website. Replacing the hook portion of the velcro is free plus shipping. LOL. I guess I'll send my old belt in, have that replaced and I'll have two really awesome belts.
@Angryrnmedic After daily use for CC with it for the last 3 yrs the black paint on the buckle is starting to wear off, I was just wondering if the wilderness sells the buckles as an accessory so that I can put on a new buckle myself.?
With all the crap we carry around the belt is indeed the base of it all... I feel the same way man. Great points and great video. Keep doing what your doing... Joe Tactical.
VERY DISAPOINTED ! ! ! Yes belt is very strong but it is ONLY ADJUSTABLE about 1 to 1.5 inches. PLUS The company refused to give a refund even after the belt arrived TOO LARGE.
TERRIBLE DESIGN AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! ! NEVER AGAIN ! ! !
@wa4aos It states right on their site that if you don't measure properly they are not responsible. How can you expect a company to take refunds on belts that are made to order for each person? It also states directly in the sizing instructions that they have and adjustment range of +1½"-1¾" to take into account for normal shifts in weight. I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience but it pays to the instructions before purchase.
hey hathcocked nice videos. I noticed you are up there in Detroit. Stay safe I hear that place is like Mad MAX return to thunder-dome. Keep the schvoogies at bay , cocked and locked,... Detroit. Good Luck! iamatt in TX
Awesome belt. I went a little over the top and purchased the one with the titanium buckle ~80 bucks. It is my daily carry belt with don hume or comp-tac holsters. The 5 stitch is more than plenty for full frame .45 and spare mags, knife etc. I've been wearing mine for about two years every day and it is holding up great. The velcro is doing ok as well. The one thing oyu need to do with these belts, if you order online, is to measure carefully.
@iamatt Awesome man, glad to hear it's holding up well for you. I wish I went with the TI buckle sometimes, the regular buckle can feel a bit heavy after a long day.
I also recently bought an instructor belt. It fits wonderfully and I love the way it hold my pistol (Springfield XD45) tight up against my body without any sag. As far as the sizing goes, they say the velcro on the loose end is supposed to sit in the middle of the velcro on the belt end, with 1 3/4 of play on either side.
It's held up really well for me and I have worn it every day since I made this video 10 months ago. The only part of the buckle showing were is from the locking bar sliding back and forth. I will make a long term update video on all the stuff I have reviewed this week.
Usually the belt size is +2 or 3 more then your pants size. The best advice I can give you is to call in your order and they will be glad to walk you through measuring for proper fit. They are good people, give them a ring.
That couldn't be farther from the truth. These are amazing pistol belts. If the three stitch isn't stiff enough you can also get them with the polymer insert. I have no issues at all with just the 3 stitch.
i just got mine bro but its too small i followed their belt sizing instruction but when i got it.. it wont even fit me.. now i have to pay for new shipping and pay for shipping it back to them.. so to anyone planning on buying this, i suggest when u order it make it like 4 more inches bigger then what you would order so you wont make the same mistake that i made.. so bummed!
I didn't have any issues getting the sizing right on mine, sorry to hear you had trouble. I think they tell you in the instructions to get it a few sizes larger to be safe. At least they did when I bought mine. I am sure they will make it right for you.
I am extremely sorry to hear that. I don't know what kind of trouble you could cause with a belt but apparently the powers at be know better then I do.
Just ordered mine from GM Tactical.....free shipping.

How has the buckle held up. Does it scratch easy? THe the buckle still look new after almost a year's use?

great review. one question dude:
If my size for a regular belt from end of buckle to hole is 36", what size am I for this belt? would a 40" be too long?
