That was impressive! She sings it like she is a native italian! What a powerful voice and tremendous range. To pronounce each phrase without showing your own native accent is so very hard to do and she does it beautifully. If you didn't see her I'll bet you wouldn't know she wasn't born and raised in Italia! Provissimo!

But as a native Italian and Italian speaking, I could not listen to Sara's version. I can appreciate her talent but is like someone totally mispronounces your last name (or first name for that matter) it just sounds wrong! This lady has the pronunciation cornered and she has great control of her voice. Love her!

@corrman2 OK. I got your point and I know what you are trying to say. I do respect what you perceive about Sarah. Yea you're right , I wasn't an Italian I don't speak Italian neither and i have zero knowledge in italian. But, for a person like me, who is a great fan of sarah, has listened through many of sarah's songs before listening to nella fantasia, so it does not really matter to me whether the pronunciation is 100% accurate. no offense intended.

@sunnykhoo88 I think we are very politely agreeing to disagree and it doesn't get any better than that. I love Sarah Brighton, her talent is great I just have to crinch everytime I hear her pronunciation of the Italian words. Up untill I heard Kim-Eun-Kyong I thought I had to settle for that kind of pronunciation. Her interpretation just let me know there is more out there and I am thrilled.
