@mymusicisyou I have to dissagree with you there. I have been a fan of The Spill Canvas since Sunsets and car crashes. I absolutely adored their acoustic stuff, it was the best music I've ever heard. I think the newer albums are only different in the way that they have added more instruments. The style, lyrics and sound are all similar and still beautiful.

i think the reason why i loved the first album is gone. i don't feel the same emotion i did when i first heard "black dresses" and the guitars are fairly simple this time around.

I am a little disappointed int TSC lately. Their old albums were nothing short of brilliant, so heartfelt and beautiful they could make you cry. However, their new songs are going a little mainstream...I really hope that they bounce back into their old sound, and don't go commercial like most good bands are doing recently.
