In all honesty I dont think of EA as a singer...when people ask who EA is I say she is a violinist. she is a violist first THEN a singer...Her voice IS NOTHING compared to Amy Lee or even, yes, I'll say it, Gaga...She is a wonderful performer and musician but her voice is so so. lol. Love her anyway though.

She probably could re-work it, and claim it as "fair use" in that case. Again, it all depends on the wording in the contract. Keep in mind, even faerie tales are subject to legal terms. And more retentively, even classical music. While you cannot sue for playing a song, you can sue for re-selling the interpretations of a musician.

I actually just listened to the Attrition version of this song. I'm not sure who did this song first, but Emilie Autumn did is SO much better then the lead singer of Attrition. The lead singer sounded to high pitched and whiny. Her voice didn't feel right for this song, or the music that was playing. With Emilie, the song came out beautiful and she sounds amazing, as usual.
