Oil co's pay taxes and don't have the $ the (privately owned) federal reserve does.
Fed doesn't pay taxes, loans $ to the government at interest, how can you beat that?The federal reserve makes the rules, they have the $.
You can't buy OPEC oil without federal reserve dollars.
