The track here seems to be a remix of that atmosphere ep track.

It was first released in 1993 on Shelter Records. It's by Kerri Chandler and was on a 12" called the "Atmosphere EP". It was called "Track 1", then was later rereleased as "Atmospheric Beats" on the Ibadan label in 2000. Miguel Migs has nothing to do with it but I guess he played it on one of his mix CD's.
