and other times i flip and kick and then flip again throwing my enemy far and then load myself for a flying kick

u need to use charge move

after any move that ends with kick(i think most moves) u need to back forward back forward, this cancels out the delay after moves. and it goes to the charge stance in which u can just press AK to initiate flying dragon? move (or that flying kick move)

You have to go into his stance (f,b,f). You have to do the input very fast, in order to connect the flying kick. Press f,b,f while performing his 3 kicks (4,3,4). Do it simoultanously , it's not very easy, but it's not too difficult.

Buffering is also very useful. If you know what I mean.

it means... tap your joystick or press the arrow (forward, back, forward) right after or during (4,3,4), his shaolin kicks. It's hard to connect or do, i find it not that useful, only makes a combo look flashy ;)
