@Patrick12391 : You mean in 0:18??? Its Emperor Kojong of Korea. The last Korean King before Korea was annexed to Japan (his successor Emperor Sunjong in 3rd pictures looks like just a figurehead Emperor under the Japanese, CMIIW).

The lyrics of this song is not the one composed by Eckert nor the one rewritten during the Japanese intrusion into korea. This lyrics is one of those many modern lyrics written to fit the hymn of the original Korean Empire anthem

Im not so sure how to pronounce the lyrics since they are old Korean. Also, I think Min yeonghwan is the author of the revised lyrics

I think not really the composer but are take a part of it. The original Japanese National Anthem are composed by John William Fenton and the current version by Hayashi Hiyomori.
