the fact that she uses the word "maniacally" when she refers to mormons thinking that the virgin birth of jesus is important, bugs me. It's "maniacally" important to any christian religion. and if anything isn't emphasized in mormonism.

So when ever someone uses a "big" word that isn't in the common everyday vernacular... it better make perfect fucking sense... otherwise you're just being "wordy" and it's annoying.

You missed the whole point of that part I believe. She was actually talking about her own religion, Catholicism. She was saying how ridiculous her religion's story would seem to someone else that hadn't heard it, so she had no right to be condescending to the Mormons. Catholics to have more of an emphasis on Mary and her virginity than many other Christian sects.

Not really. Would say its more important to just be honest and be yourself and not pretend to be something else you are not while trying to make your point. Your point will seem less honest and you will be using too much of your mind lying to yourself and others to get your point accross clearly.

I prefer her down to earth honest approach any day.
