  • lol, some days I miss my stock antec 300, I painted the inside black, and wasn't happy there, I painted the outside camo, and couldn't stop, drilled holes for my cables to pass through, then cut out a side panel window, then water cooled my pc, I watched too many pc build videos while I was saving money for my rig, i'm going all black for my next build, i'll have the red cathodes in but i'll keep them off most of the time. i'm gonna make an order next week should have more vids up next weekend.

  • @unokilo321 lol that's okay, I like the camo look and the little " dent " or bulge lol could probably be bent back into place and held down with a rivet or something or maybe straightened out with a file. My new build will be ALL red & black trying not to have anything weird like some big silver thing showing lol

  • wats the name of the song in the beginning?

  • whats the song at the end?

  • Nice song at the start.

  • i've got a problem. I have a asus P5VD2-VM SE But when i insert the E5200 i get an message it says "Unknown CPU dectected. Bios update is required to unleash its full power But where do i download it? i know many people saying that a bios update is very dangerous.

  • why bother go windows 7 ultimate 64 if you have only 2gb ram? plus what is your ram timing?

  • @hanrinch ,i switched back to 32 bit, i just felt like using 64 bit, timings stock r 5-5-5-15, now at 4-6-5-16

  • is that the ram limit or motherboard issue since you can go even lower if you want(mine is 4-4-4-12 at 667* but i can go 2-3-3-7 at 667* but the ram seem to be not that stable, since the ram's config is 4-4-4-15 at 800 :\ ). btw 64bit isn't reall that bad since i'm using xp x64 pro right now :)

also you should consider to get a decent dedicated graphic like 9600/9800gt if you want to play game, they are cheap at the moment.

  • i had to push the d:ram up due to oc, thats the only way i can get it stable for now, yea i don't game on this pc right now, when i upgrade to i7 later in the year ill get a high end gpu

  • did you tried to oc a stock 667 ram to 800? which the case will depanding on the quality of ram. mine is platinum xtc and titanium xtc and both 800 and 4-4-4-12 at stock. which the case you need is to go for better ram.

and i7 system. ddr3 seems having really bad latency problme just so you know. wait until they release ddr2 version of x58 board

  • my ram is at 744mhz right now, from 667, had it at 1066 but bsod'd from oc, they wont release a ddr2 x58 system, i want a x58 system, really high end, well some boards.. plus my board is kind of budget / low end so oc potential isn't very high

  • g31 is good budget chipset for overclocking. however all you need is putting more voltage and also as i mention before you'd need better ram for oc's to avoid the bsod. so pretty much it was your ram being faulty for system crash(i tried kingston vlp and it crash my system really bad :( ). get some brand like ocz, buffaro and g-skill. they are pretty stable in any oc condition and their stock time also pretty low as well.

  • as far as i know they are going to release ddr2 version for p55 board first since not everyone really accept these low performance ddr3 yet(again, latensy is horrible...) and high performance ddr3 is freaking expansive. which it would be logical they are going to put ddr2 in budget line first and then 1366 i7 system.

  • i dont believe so, amd & intel are now on board with either dual or tri channel ddr3, amd chips have both controllers so it isnt a problem, the low end intel boards are p55/h55/h57 with ddr3 dual. and the i3/i5's, 1366 is high end, intel will stop or slow down producing 775 chips due to the nm change, as well as amd how ever there a little behind any ways

  • only i5/i7 have memory controller, i3 does not. so it would be bottleneck for i3 to compte to phenom due to the high latensy of ddr3 and lack of on-die memory control.

  • actually i believe they do or they wouldn't be able to work on 1156, 1156 nb dont have a controller

  • it depands on which chipset for 1156, like h55/57 still have memory controller enable when processor does not have on die control. as far as i know some low end like g6950 and lower core i3 are lack of memory control.

  • wat was cost like $500? cuz its a rip off then

  • what song in the beginning. nice comp btw

  • the song is from a person like a dj, its called night crawler but i forget who its from, sorry, thanks

  • You should get 3.4ghz stock voltage on your cpu. My pentium dual core e6300 2.8ghz to 3.6ghz stock voltage

  • It does suck, but no need for spam.

  • Nice stuff 5/5

  • nice budget pc did a similar build to urs just recently but added a 1gb 4670 to it and running 4gb 667mhz of ram and overclocked it to 3.25ghz.

Overall its pretty nice best of luck

  • nice build, simple yet powerful, kind of Thanks 4 watching

  • i have the same fans as you. So far Im pending for an install. The Q9550 works well :D

  • there pretty good fans, quiet move a decent amount of air, cool uve got the q9550 running !

  • yeah man! its a pretty nice cpu

  • nice work mate ! 5star

  • Thanks !, just did some better cable management

  • Some dipshit marked your comment as spam marland. What the fuck? lol. But I agree with you, he did do a nice job.
